We began as a training company, running hundreds of workshops each year for small business owners, writing books, publishing newsletters and helping business owners start, run and grow their small businesses. In 2000 we decided we wanted to reach millions of business owners. The only way to do that was online.
Now we have two distinct parts to our business. Combined, these give us a unique competitive advantage; our expert small business content writers understand how to create material that is IT and Internet friendly, while our IT staff understand how to design and deploy technology that is small-business-content friendly.

Almost all of our products are free for small business owners to use. We get paid by these larger companies, who usually place the products on their websites or business portals at no cost to their small business clients.
